Zhejiang Hongwei Machinery Co., Ltd.'s LY series of fully automatic hydraulic hot stamping equipment can efficiently complete product hot stamping and embossing, while ensuring the highest precision and product quality. The LY series of fully automatic hydraulic hot stamping equipment has rich hardware configurations and can adapt to the hot stamping requirements of a variety of products.

（1）整機(jī)全部采用Q235碳素鋼，機(jī)身墻板經(jīng)特殊工藝處理，強(qiáng)度高、永不變形，保證機(jī)身墻板安全。

The entire machine is made of Q235 carbon steel, and the fuselage wall panels are treated with special processes to ensure high strength and never deform, ensuring the safety of the fuselage wall panels.

（2）采用臺(tái)灣液壓元件，保證機(jī)器動(dòng)作準(zhǔn)確，主機(jī)壓力有過載保護(hù)裝置，同步帶有斷裂保護(hù)裝置受到外力沖擊時(shí)會(huì)自動(dòng)停機(jī)，減少對(duì)機(jī)身和吸排精度的損壞，避免故障的發(fā)生。

Taiwan hydraulic components are used to ensure accurate machine movement. The host pressure has an overload protection device, and the synchronization is equipped with a fracture protection device.

It will automatically stop when there is an external impact, reducing damage to the fuselage and suction and discharge accuracy, and avoiding the occurrence of malfunctions.

（3）主機(jī)使用進(jìn)口原裝軸承。

The main engine uses imported original bearings.

（4）整機(jī)部分使用、日本歐姆龍等進(jìn)口電器原件。

Part of the whole machine uses original electrical appliances imported from Japan Omron and others.

（5）燙金精度達(dá)±0.1mm,機(jī)器最高速度達(dá)1800張/小時(shí)。

The hot stamping accuracy reaches ±0.1mm, and the maximum speed of the machine reaches 1800 sheets/hour.

（6）配置杰享壓力調(diào)節(jié)自動(dòng)控制裝置，保證在調(diào)節(jié)燙金壓力時(shí)快速準(zhǔn)確。

（7）中英文觸摸屏操作界面。
